Are our halls wheelchair accessible and do we have handicap parking?

Yes we do at all halls.

Is there food available at your halls?

We have a full canteen operation with a hot meals.

What else should I bring?

All customers should carry ID in some form to show proof of age in case they are asked since you have to be 18 years or older to play bingo.

What is a designated number?

This is the number of balls required to win a big prize game. There are 75 numbers in the bingo machine. If the designated number for a game is a certain number ie. 50 numbers or less you must get the bingo in 50 numbers called or less to win the big prize if you bingo 51 numbers called or more you will receive the consolation prize announced on that game. Designated numbers are usually played on Superjackpot and Progressive.

What do I do when I get the pattern required on a card?

The customer has to yell bingo loud enough for the caller to hear and stop the game a runner will verify your winning card with the caller and you will be paid the prize according to the game

How old do I have to be?

In Ontario you have to be 18 years or older to play bingo.

Are the winning’s taxable?

All winnings for the Ontario based Bingo halls are tax exempt.
